35hr Me Face Yoga Teacher Training Course
The popularity of Face Yoga is increasing in this day and age as more are able to access videos and tutorials across various platforms and people are looking for affordable and natural ways to slow down their aging process.
While many teachers have similar approaches, the key difference is that the Jal Me Face Teacher Training Certification Course is the first in SIngapore that is able to provide our teachers a holistic all-natural Methodology that teaches not just Facial Exercises, but also Facial Massages and Gua Sha techniques.

Course Details and Fees
Dates: 3rd – 5th November
Time: Friday: 9 – 12pm, Saturday and Sunday: 9-6pm
Duration: 3 days

Fees**: $1,399 (first 5 only), $1,799 (regular) – GST inclusive
Course Structure
20 hours: In Class Theory and Practical
15 hours: Post Training
- 5 Hours one-on-one with Trainer over Zoom Practical Teaching
- 5 Hours (to be logged down) Observation
- At least 5 hours of any Face Yoga sessions conducted by Trainer
1 Hour: Practical Exam
Exam Format
- Exam will be a 30 minutes Me Face Yoga class via Zoom with the Trainer. Please take time to prepare this and only use techniques learnt in this training course. It should include:
- General safety advice.
- Warm up routine (Gua Sha or Me Face Yoga method)
- Teach 1 Face Yoga exercise and 1 Gua Sha technique for each area (do not repeat):
- • Forehead. • Eye • Mouth • Cheek • Lip • Nasolabial Fold • Neck and Jawline • 2 Acupressure points

- What is Face Yoga and why should we practice it?
- Understanding muscles of the Forehead and Eye Area
- Practical: Facial Exercises and Massages, Gua Sha Techniques and Acupressure Push Points Case Study
Day 2
- Practical Class Teaching
- Understanding muscles of the Cheeks, Mouth and Lips
- Practical: Facial Exercises and Massages, Gua Sha Techniques and Acupressure Push Points Case Study
- How to Plan and Conduct a Group class
Day 3
- Practical Group Teaching
- Understanding muscles of the Nasolabial, Jawline and Neck
- Practical: Facial Exercises and Massages, Gua Sha Techniques and Acupressure Push Points Case Study
- How to Personalize a Face Yoga program for clients
