What is it about

Combining yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage, AcroYoga is a form of partner yoga where two practitioners work together for therapeutic release and acrobatic fun!

Join us for a unique partner-based workshop and deepen the bond with your acro partner as you achieve poses together.

Workshop details

  • Introduction 
  • Breathing for 5 minutes 
  • Basic stretching 
  • Warm-up 
  • Partner yoga
  • Acro yoga
  • Examples:
    • High cross
    • Straddle bat
    • Front bird
    • Back bird
    • Dancers pose

  • Anyone can join except individuals with any serious health conditions or surgery.
  • Safe distancing measures and guidelines as implemented by the Singapore Government and Jal Yoga
