The 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course offered by Jal Yoga is accredited by Yoga Alliance International. Instructor – Joshi Mahendra

Mahendra is an internationally recognized Yoga teacher known for his style of teaching and his passion for Yoga. Mahendra started off with Masters of Arts and eventually received his calling from Yoga. This made him pursue the Diploma in Yoga Education (from Kaivalyadhama Shreeman Madhava Yoga Mandir Samiti) and the journey brought him all the way from India to serve the Singapore Yoga Community.

Mahendra brings with him more than 10 years of experience in Yoga Teacher Training Course as well as in Yoga Philosophy (Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Hatha Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, Vasisgta Samhita, Bhagvadgita) and Scriptures. He has conducted many Yoga Workshops like stress management, alignments, arm balances, meditation, backbend, rope yoga, etc).

The way he integrates Yoga into his and others life, makes him a special Yoga teacher and reason why many corporations look for his corporate classes.

 

Requirements
No prior requirement needed. You can be a complete novice or a seasonal Yoga practitioner.

Cancellation Policy

  • All refunds of deposit are subject to a $50 processing fee that will be deducted from your refund
  • Any cancellation received 60 days prior to course will result in forfeit of 50% of the course fee
  • No refund will be given for cancellation 30 days prior to course. The deposit amount can be used for future Teacher Training Course, subject to a $50 processing fee
