A Hatha based set sequence with 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in an Infrared Heat room. Our 26 & 2 class is designed to balance and strengthen the glandular, circulatory, digestive, muscular and nervous system. It will help to relieve stress and bring greater strength and flexibility to the body.

Level: Beginner, Intermediate
