Satyananda Yoga

Satyananda Yoga was developed by Swami Satyananda which is basically based on ancient classical yoga practice as well as modern medical psychotherapy. Satyananda yoga is gentle and less physically oriented. A Satyananda yoga practice begins slowly with a systematic sequence of asanas and incorporates pranayama (breathing practice), meditation, Tantric and cleansing practices, and pratyahara (withdrawal from senses).
