Sarah is a strong believer of being in tune with the body and knowing what the body needs is the key to having a healthy body, mind and soul. She believes in practising safely in any workout, focusing on alignment and using props if necessary. No prior requirement needed. However, having some experience with Wheel Yoga and attending some classes will better help you prepare for what’s coming up!



Will I be able to teach right after I graduate from this course?

You will definitely be equipped with the knowledge to teach after the TTC but it’s recommended that you fulfil another extra 2 hours of practical after the TTC with Sarah for observation/hands-on teaching.


Will I receive a certificate after the programme?

Yes, you will!
