Rachel, with her fun and passionate yoga methodology, seeks to equip you with in-depth skills and knowledge to practise and perfect your backbend postures. Achieve these postures with greater clarity and poise, through effective use of the Yoga wheel, blocks and strap.

Over the workshop, Rachel will take you step-by-step through the alignments, preparations and postures necessary to execute your best backbends and go upside down. 

In gaining a deeper understanding of the position beyond its physical form, all yogis — regardless of experience — will enjoy the benefits of one of the most advanced postures in the practice.
