Why Infrared Heat Yoga? Hot yoga can be detrimental. The air around the practitioner is heated up during the process, which can lead to more harms than benefits. As for Infrared Heat Yoga, infrared rays are delivered directly to the skin and muscles. The practitioner can reap the fantastic benefits of Infrared Heat without the nastiness of hot yoga.
Why we do not recommend Hot Yoga?
When you are in a hot heated yoga room, your internal temperature is increasing, and some may be at risk of getting sick. You may be starting to suffer from heat exhaustion, dehydration due to heavy sweating, decreased blood pressure and increased heart rate. Most likely you will end up feeling weak, dizzy, and nauseated.
Things you don’t know about Infrared Heat Yoga
Infrared light is NOT ultraviolet light, in fact, it has an opposite effect of UV. It heats you from the inside, warms your body with deep penetrating heat and not just the surrounding air.
Infrared Heat Yoga is practiced indoor with indoor infrared heaters. The heat panels do not emit UV rays like the sun, instead, they provide the same comfortable, sun-like warmth.
Unlike Hot Yoga, every Infrared Heat Yoga session makes you feel clean and invigorating. It will help to diminish fine lines and wrinkles, increase flexibility and circulation, detox, loss weights as well as relief pains.
