Who needs to take Foundation modules?
  • Only Hatha Yoga TTC requires both Foundation 1 (50hr) & Foundation 2 (50 hr)
  • Yoga therapy and Yin Yoga requires Foundation 1
  • There will be separate manuals for Foundation 1 & Foundation 2
