What is Reformer Pilates
The reformer is a bed-like frame with a flat platform on it, called “carriage”, which rolls back and forth on wheels while stranded to a set of springs within the frame. The springs offer a variety level of resistance, which can be adjusted to the levels of difficulty and skill of each exercise.
Reformers Pilates is known for its versatility as exercises can be done in various forms, such as lying down, standing, pulling the straps, perched on the footbar or on the shoulder blocks, etc. It offers a dynamic workout, which trains many body parts in many different ways with just one piece of equipment.
Don’t be deterred by its intimidating and hospital-bed-like look, put your fears aside and come for a trial. We guarantee you seeing some results after just one or two workouts on a Reformer, and you will realize actually you can do so much more than you’ve ever imagined! Come join in this versatile and effective workout, and also have plenty of fun working out!
