The inverted postures of yoga are some of the most beneficial yet intimidation of the asanas. You will be introduced to and practice postures such as the HEADSTAND, FOREARM STAND, HANDSTAND amd more. You will be guided through alignment, proper modifications, techniques and feel how to deveop the power in your core strength.

Single Inversion (1 workshop) $60

What is Kinetic Alignment Yoga (KAY)?

The unique approach of KAY is the holistic consideration of biomechnical, physiological, perceptual, mental and psycho-emotional aspects. This is jointly applied to improve human health, human performance and the productivity of human operation.

How KAY benefits you?
A form of Yoga related to Human Kinetics & Ergonomics, provides the knowledge about the function and the reaction of the human body in order to;
• Deepen the understanding of Safety Movement, enable maximum productivity without harming the human body
• optimise fitness and performance of yoga people,
• appropriate use of yoga equipment and teaching skills,

Meaning of Kinetic & Ergonomics:
Kinesis = Greek for motion: Understanding the complex eclectic nature of human movements

Ergonomics = a derived from the Greek ergon (work) and nomos (laws): The science of work, studying the interplay between humans and its tasks and environment, now extending across all aspects of human activity.
