Myofascial Release Workshop | Jal Yoga

Myofascial Release Workshop

Do you have stiffness, muscle pain or lack of mobility anywhere in your body? If so, this workshop is for you. Call it a “self-care laboratory” where we will explore the soft-tissue scaffolding that links everything inside your body.

This workshop combines elements of Yoga, alignment-based movement and self-release (using therapy balls, blocks & rollers) to unlock fascial restrictions and improve your ability to sense the position, location, orientation, and movement of your body and its parts. The tools work swiftly to refresh and empower your body’s own self-healing nature and help you to strengthen areas of your body that are misused, abused and are potential catalysts for pain and energy. You will leave feeling balanced, inspired and refreshed in your own body!

Body Posture Explained Workshop

If you feel self-conscience about your body’s appearance; if you want to improve your overall alignment and learn about the real cause of bad posture – this is the workshop for you!

  • Rounded shoulders
  • Forward head & poke out chins (“turtle neck”)
  • Slouch back
  • Standing with tummy out
  • Leaning on 1 leg

Good posture involves training your body to stand, walk, sit and lie in position where the least strain is placed on supporting muscles and ligaments during these activities. In this specially curated workshop, you will learn about your unique body alignment, be introduced to mindful movements and get your postures corrected by the instructor. Learn the correct lifting, driving, sitting and sleeping positions and be equipped with skills to take care of regular pains and aches.
