Jal Tribe Shares What They Love About Neck, Back, Shoulder
The hustle and bustle of modern lifestyle often lead to stress. This emotion is stored in our body and is translated in tension held in our neck, back and shoulders. ‘Neck, Back & Shoulders’ class at Jal guides you into a series of poses that thoroughly stretch the muscles around these tension zones. Instead of hearing it from us, we spoke to Jal Tribe and here’s what they say!

I had my first Yoga session at Jal Yoga and my first class was a Neck, Back, Shoulder class. The movements practised in the class help me with my shoulder movement and upper back motion. I often come to class with tension in these areas and I am unable to release tension in certain areas of the body. The instructors are helpful as they allow me to stretch these muscles, allowing me to regain the mobility back. After class, I will go home feeling relieved as the stiffness is mostly gone. I think that the class is great as there is only this much you cand do by yourself at home. By coming for classes, you will get proper guidance to help you release tension in hard to reach areas.

I have been practising Yoga since March this year for 3 months. My workplace requires me to lift heavy instrument sets, which can cause my back to ache. Neck, Back, Shoulder helps me relive the aches from lifting all the heavy instruments at work. After my first class, I felt a lot of aches. Before going to the class, my shoulders were tense. After the class, I felt a lot of aches as my muscles were being stretched. My subsequent classes were much better! I encourage office workers and those who constantly have to carry heavy items to come for the class as it helps to relieve tension in these areas.

I started Yoga in the middle of January, so I have been practising for 6 months now. I used to work a lot with computers, and I faced some issues with my spine around my C4, C5 & C6. There was even numbness going down my pinkie and regular cramping in my shoulder blades. The movements and stretching practised in the Neck, Back, Shoulder class stretches my shoulder areas while reducing the stiffness I feel in my fingers. After the classes, my body feels much more relaxed and opened. I am trying to get my wife to join me for the classes as it has helped me a lot. It has helped me a lot and will benefit those working long hours in front of a computer.

I have been doing Yoga for 3 years and started on my Neck, Back and Shoulder classes for a year. My job requires me to sit at the desk for long hours, causing my neck and shoulders to get tense and stiff. After coming for classes, I find that my muscles are eased up and any tight muscles or kinks are stretched out.

I started practising Yoga and Neck, Back, Shoulders 3 months ago. Due to the pain in my neck and shoulder, I had trouble sleeping properly. I even had troubles sleeping on the sides of my body as it felt uncomfortable. After going for Neck, Back, Shoulder, I feel much better and even started observing improvements in my sleep quality. I can sleep on the sides of my body now!

I have been to classes for 2 months and it alleviates the tension that I have in my upper body from sitting down all day at work. Before the classes, my body feels quite stiff. The classes relieve the pinching pain at the top of my neck.
So come join us and stretch it out! Your neck, back and shoulders will feel wonderful after you are done.
