Chair Yoga allows you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle but also really supportive and beneficial. Chair is a great tool for all ages, especially the elderly. However, it is also a perfect prop for all Yoga practitioners to feel each pose more in depth. It enables longer holds of the posture and facilitates deeper stretching with ease and support. With the use of chair, the process of going into the asanas can be even more challenging as it brings the body into the correct alignment.
