Gokul Vinyasa focuses on a dynamic sequence to harness the mind’s faculties of Thinking, Feeling and Willing. Gokul Vinyasa focuses on directing the chi (energy) to support and align the body physically. Alignment is practiced on a pranic level manifesting on a physical level. Through the principles of Thinking, Feeling and Willing, you get to explore the deeper levels of your mind and awareness, eventually experiencing a deep and meditative yoga practice.

Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
