Our life and the universe move in cycles. The Earth revolves in the solar system, the planets around the Sun, the seasonal changes repeat themselves. Our day rolls on between day and night, as do electrons around the nucleus and our circulatory system. Cyclic meditation, built on the principle of alternate stimulation and relaxation is an art that provides us with the knowledge of relaxation amidst movement. Combined with the meditation on loving-kindness, we refresh ourselves with conscious relaxation and suffusing love in our inner being and to all directions in the Universe.
