This class is specially choreographed for runners or walkers. After running or walking, multiple muscles in our body especially hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, ankles joints, knee joints and hip joints get stiff and slow the performance.  Runner’s Yoga not only helps in strengthening and lengthening your leg muscles, it also improves flexibility and reduce the risk of injuries.
