The concept of alignment in Yoga was brought in to practice by Guruji BKS Iyengar. Just like a building needs very particular arrangements of corners and angles. Our body also needs proper arrangements of joints, muscles and ligaments.
Keeping ourselves safe during Yoga practice is an art. In this workshop, we will focus on the correct way to use your joints in a variety of Yoga poses. Get hands-on adjustments to avoid joint pain caused by the wrong alignment during your asana practice.
