Self-care is no longer the thing that is just for ladies. Embracing self-care is essential for your overall health and wellness. 1. Incorporating Essential Oils

Essential oils are oils extracted from various plants, commonly used for aromatherapy which is awesome for self-care. 3. Doing Yoga, Barre and/or Pilates
