Jal Academy was founded with the aim to empower all levels of practitioners, regardless of age, gender and fitness background, to deepen their Yoga and Barre knowledge and practice.

Along the way, we hope to inspire and nurture them, through us as well as their peers, to join us in making a difference to the people around them and in the community with their learning and teaching.

So, whether you’re looking to grow at a personal and/or professional level, we have something for you. Read on to learn more.

Our Approach

We firmly believe that it’s never a one-size-fits-all approach. That’s why our courses are tailored accordingly, with each instructor sharing their own tips, thoughts and experience. We also believe that there will never be a “best” course created, which is why we continuously spend hours refining the courses’ curriculum and materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet trainees’ needs. We’ll also pass you the learning and teaching knowledge that aligns with our core belief on how to make Yoga accessible to everyone.

Introducing Our New Academy Structure

From this year onwards, experience a more flexible academy structure for teacher training courses and learn at your own pace, according to your schedule. In the event you miss any of the weekends, you can find the next available slot and do a make up session without any extra charge. Hence, completing the necessary hours to finish your course.
