“I came to Face Yoga as a Yoga teacher, curious about a simple idea: if working the body’s muscles could do so much, why not the face, all 50-plus muscles of it?
Four years on, I’ve taught it to hundreds of people, across all ages and stages of life. What keeps me going is watching it click for them.
With a bit of consistency, many see a visible difference within a couple of weeks, a natural way to care for their face, no needles, no surgery. A sustainable, lifelong practice.Â
Here’s the thing though: hardly anyone knows Face Yoga properly yet. That’s what I want to change. This course is how I pass on everything I’ve learned, so more people can look after their skin naturally, for the long run, and, if they choose, teach others to do the same.”
