Come as you are. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are, not the other way around. Taught by Yoga degree-qualified instructors trained in India, across 35+ class types including Classical Hatha, Wheel Yoga, Hip Opening and more.
From gentle foundations to dynamic flows. Something for every mood, every need, every day. Taught by Yoga degree-qualified instructors trained in India.

Classical Hatha
This is where most people find their footing in Yoga. Grounding poses, seated stretches, guided breath work. You'll leave feeling calmer, looser, and more energised.

Hatha Poorna
A well-rounded practice that combines movement, breathing, and stillness. Stretch, strengthen, and reset - everything your body and mind need when life feels overwhelming. You'll leave with a clearer head and a body that finally feels looked after.

Hip Opening
For anyone who sits for long hours or wants to move more freely. Gentle hip openers and lower back releases that create space where your body holds tension most.

Neck, Back & Shoulders
Your body's been holding more than you realise. Gentle stretches and strengthening movements targeting the neck, shoulders, and upper back. You'll leave standing a little taller.

Stick Yoga
Meet your new practice partner. The Yoga stick guides your alignment, extends your reach, and unlocks stretches you couldn't quite get to before. Accessible for beginners, revealing for experienced practitioners.

Sound Bath Therapy
Surrender to the healing power of crystal bowls and sacred instruments as their vibrations dissolve tension and carry you into profound peace. No movement required. Just rest and receive. You'll leave feeling deeply still and more yourself.

Wheel Yoga
Using the Yoga wheel as your guide, this dynamic class opens the chest, releases the spine, and builds strength in ways a mat alone can't. Creative, playful, and surprisingly accessible.
Tucked away on the third floor of East Coast Road, our Katong studio is a cosy space where people come back not just for the classes, but for how it makes them feel. Quiet enough to breathe. Warm enough to feel like home.

"I'm too stiff for Yoga." — Nurul thought so too.
"I couldn't even touch my knees, let alone my toes. At Jal, instructors celebrated small wins and never pushed me beyond my limits. Three months in, I'm still not touching my toes—but I've gained something better: pain-free movement."

"I don't have time for this." — Faz felt the same way.
"Between work and two kids under 3, Yoga felt impossible. At Jal, instructors saw my exhaustion and guided me as a complete beginner. Now I have something that's just mine—and the strength to handle everything else."

"I'm too old for this." — Wai Lin wasn't so sure either.
"At 57, I thought my stiff joints meant Yoga wasn't for me. At Jal, instructors adapted every pose to my mobility—I was never stuck or unsafe. Now I move with confidence I thought was gone forever."
