You didn’t expect to love the wheel this much. Come learn it properly. Whatever level you’re at, go deeper, and if you want, learn to teach it too.
The yoga wheel opens the body in a way that’s hard to find on the mat alone, supporting the spine, hips and shoulders into deeper, safer shapes. This course teaches you more than poses and sequences. You’ll learn to read a body, choose the right approach, and adapt as you go.
The wheel, properly understood How it works with the body, the anatomy behind it, and safe alignment. The foundation everything else builds on.
Its full range as a movement toolMobility, strength, stability, recovery, the wheel does far more than shape a pose. You’ll learn to use all of it.
Teaching the person, not the sequence How to read a real body, from desk-bound stiffness to an athlete in recovery, and adapt the practice to fit them. This is what sets the course apart.
Teaching that actually lands Cueing, observation, real-time adjustments, and full teaching practice. You’ll leave able to lead a class, not just recite a sequence.
“Five years ago I was a renovation contractor, solving problems with hammers and blueprints. Yoga was meant to be simple stress relief. Instead it rewired how I understood strength, control, and what my body actually needed.
The Wheel became my signature. I’ve never seen it as just a prop for impressive shapes, I come at it the way I came at construction: asking what the body needs, what movement it wants, and where it can let go. It can challenge you, support you, or simply change how you feel in your body, so I teach it blended with Yin, mobility and therapeutic work, depending on the person.
That’s what you’ll walk away with. Not a script of what to teach, but an understanding of why you’re reaching for the Wheel, who for, and how to make it matter for real people.”
