From gentle foundations to dynamic flows. Something for every mood, every need, every day. Taught by Yoga degree-qualified instructors trained in India.

Aerial Yoga (Basic)
Using a silk hammock as your support, this foundational class introduces suspended poses, gentle inversions, and the unique relief of spinal decompression. Build core strength, find new body awareness, and move in ways the ground never allows. Reassuring, playful, and unlike anything you've tried before.

Chair Yoga
Using a chair as your guide, gentle standing and seated movements build strength, ease stiff joints, and improve balance at a comfortable pace. You'll leave moving more freely and standing a little more confidently.

Classical Hatha
This is where most people find their footing in Yoga. Grounding poses, seated stretches, guided breath work. You'll leave feeling calmer, looser, and more energised.

Hatha Poorna
A well-rounded practice that combines movement, breathing, and stillness. Stretch, strengthen, and reset - everything your body and mind need when life feels overwhelming. You'll leave with a clearer head and a body that finally feels looked after.

Hip Opening
For anyone who sits for long hours or wants to move more freely. Gentle hip openers and lower back releases that create space where your body holds tension most.

Neck, Back & Shoulders
Your body's been holding more than you realise. Gentle stretches and strengthening movements targeting the neck, shoulders, and upper back. You'll leave standing a little taller.

Wheel Yoga
Using the Yoga wheel as your guide, this dynamic class opens the chest, releases the spine, and builds strength in ways a mat alone can't. Creative, playful, and surprisingly accessible.
A bright, spacious studio tucked within Fragrance Empire Building. Surrounded by offices and homes, yet the moment you step in, it feels like a different world. A safe space to slow down, breathe, and practise.
Near Labrador Park MRT and ARC shopping mall, with parking available. Easy to get to, wherever you’re coming from.

"I'm too stiff for Yoga." — Nurul thought so too.
"I couldn't even touch my knees, let alone my toes. At Jal, instructors celebrated small wins and never pushed me beyond my limits. Three months in, I'm still not touching my toes—but I've gained something better: pain-free movement."

"I don't have time for this." — Faz felt the same way.
"Between work and two kids under 3, Yoga felt impossible. At Jal, instructors saw my exhaustion and guided me as a complete beginner. Now I have something that's just mine—and the strength to handle everything else."

"I'm too old for this." — Wai Lin wasn't so sure either.
"At 57, I thought my stiff joints meant Yoga wasn't for me. At Jal, instructors adapted every pose to my mobility—I was never stuck or unsafe. Now I move with confidence I thought was gone forever."
