Walk the sea floor. Trek to Elephant Beach. Paddle the mangroves after dark. Move, breathe, and recharge your soul in the Emerald Sanctuary.
When you picture India, you probably think temples and cities. Let us show you somewhere else.
Far out in the Bay of Bengal, hundreds of miles from the mainland, there’s a string of islands that keeps its own slow pace.
No two days here feel the same. One morning you’re deep in the forest, the next you’re crossing open water to the island beyond. With Yoga woven through the week.
That balance is the whole point: enough adventure to make you feel alive again, enough stillness to leave you ready for whatever’s next.
Come and see what the week holds.

Day 1 (18 Mar, Thu)
Settle into the Andamans and check into Mansha Palace, your home for the first night. As the light softens, a Twilight Grounding Yoga eases you into island time, followed by a welcome dinner with the group.

Day 2 (19 Mar, Fri)
Ferry across to Havelock Island and settle into De Foret Resort. The afternoon unfolds with a meditative walk and Yoga at Neil's Cove, then after dark, a starlight mangrove paddle through glassy, quiet waters.

Day 3 (20 Mar, Sat)
Open with a morning island flow, then trek through the forest to Elephant Beach, where a guided sea walk takes you along the ocean floor among the coral and fish. Come back to rest with a restorative Yin workshop as the day winds down.

Day 4 (21 Mar, Sun)
Cross back to Port Blair and spend the day with the islands' past. Wander the ruins of Ross Island, once the British administrative seat, now reclaimed by jungle. As night falls, the Cellular Jail comes alive with a light and sound show telling the story of India's fight for freedom.

Day 5 (22 Mar, Mon)
Start the morning with a sunrise flow, then browse a local market of shell craft and padauk woodwork, the Andamans' own native timber. The day closes with a final Yoga workshop, a closing circle, and a farewell dinner with the group.

Day 6 (23 Mar, Tue)
Check out and make your way to the airport, carrying the islands home with you. Until next time.

“There’s an old phrase in Yoga: sthira sukham asanam. Steady, and at ease. Two things that sound like opposites, until you feel them together.
That’s what these six days are built around. The adventure asks you to be steady, on the trek, in the water, out on the open crossings. The quiet lets you be at ease, in the evenings, on the mat, wherever the day sets you down. Most of us only ever live in one or the other. Here, you get both.
I’ll be right there with you, in all of it.”
