Week 1 - Forehead & Eyes

- Minimise wrinkles on the forehead (frownlines), around the eyes (crows feet)

Meet our instructor: Sarah

As both a Yoga practitioner and instructor, Sarah was captivated by the concept of Face Yoga. What fuels her passion is the notion that if Yoga can sculpt the body’s muscles, it could work wonders for the face, which boasts over 50 muscles of its own!

In her own Face Yoga journey, she experienced not only physical but also mental transformations, reinforcing her belief that consistent and regular Face Yoga practice can offer numerous benefits, not just for the face, but also for the mind and body.

Empowered by this belief, she initiated this course – a platform to share her knowledge and guide individuals like you to find your path to natural beauty that’s uniquely yours.
