What is Me Face Yoga?

Build your confidence in a natural, non-invasive way with Me Face Yoga.

Exercise all 60 muscles in your face and neck to undo the years of premature ageing brought about by stress, environmental factors and lifestyle habits.

Target your facial areas

Through the execution of facial movement, exercises and massages, improve circulation around your face and neck. This promotes a better face complexion, rejuvenates your face, releases toxins, and reduces puffiness/tightness/stiffness from your face.

Programme Structure

8 weeks:

  • 8 weeks (1 class per week)
    • 8 classes (1.5hrs per class)

Each week, we will be equipping you with knowledge and techniques to work on your different facial areas, adding on to your previous weeks’ learning.

Your instructor – Sarah

As a Yoga practitioner, Sarah was intrigued when she came across Face Yoga and this led her on a 5-month journey as she took a deeper dive into the topic.

She believes that if Yoga can tone up the body’s muscles, it can have the same effect on the face since we have over 50 muscles in our face alone!

Throughout her journey, she felt a difference both physically and mentally. When practiced regularly, she believes that Face Yoga can help benefit one’s face in many ways.
