Where it all began

“Jal” means water in Hindi. Water adapts, overcomes and rises to meet any challenge. We believe you can too. That belief is what brought Jal Yoga to life.

We opened our first Yoga studio in Singapore in 2018 with one vision: authentic Yoga for everyone, regardless of age, body type or fitness background.

Today that’s grown into 5 studios across Singapore and a community of 5,000+ practitioners across Singapore, Indonesia, Dubai and Philippines.
