Aman's Yoga journey didn't start with enlightenment—it started with wanting to nail a handstand. That playful goal unlocked something deeper: Yoga became his path to healing and reconnection.
Trained in Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World, Aman has spent 5 years teaching across India and Vietnam. Along the way, he discovered his calling—helping people who think they're too stiff for Yoga discover otherwise. What began as his personal challenge became the heart of his teaching.
Aman's approach blends strength training with traditional Yoga in ways that make sense for real bodies. Teaching Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Wheel Yoga, Chair Yoga, and therapy sessions, he focuses on what actually creates change: targeted mobility work, intelligent alignment, and building strength that lasts.
His students don't just learn poses—they rebuild how they move. Whether you're convinced you're too tight or simply want to get stronger, Aman meets you where you are. His classes work with your body's reality, not against it, building flexibility through smart progression rather than force.
"Practice becomes the path. The path becomes the transformation." For Aman, this means showing up with curiosity instead of perfection—proving that even the stiffest body can find freedom when guided the right way.
