Hazel's journey into Yoga was sparked by her mother, and from the very first class, she fell in love with the practice. It was a revelation—a harmonious blend of movement, strength-building, stretching, and breathwork that even alleviated her allergic rhinitis symptoms.
Yoga, for Hazel, transcended the physical—it became a profound exploration of body awareness, alignment, balance, health, love, and a way of life. Guided by some of the most talented teachers worldwide, she delved into various styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga.
Inspired and supported by her respected mentors, Hazel took a leap into teaching in 2013. Over the years, she has cultivated a diverse community of students ranging from 3 to 80 years old. Known for her energy and empowering approach, Hazel's classes leave students feeling comfortable, refreshed, and renewed.
Having witnessed the transformative power of Yoga firsthand, Hazel aspires to share this beautiful practice widely. Her mission is to humbly impart knowledge and offer guidance, helping practitioners progress along their unique Yoga journey.
