In 2005, Pranava embarked on his Yoga journey, considering it more than just an exercise routine. For him, Yoga was a cultural legacy and a path he was eager to traverse. Witnessing the benefits during his youth and student days, he felt a deep-seated desire to share this transformative knowledge with as many people as possible.
A personal favorite, the handstand, holds a special place in Pranava's practice. Beyond its physical benefits, he appreciates its dual nature—calming yet energising, mentally and physically empowering. Integrating it into his classes, he continually explores new ways to utilise and share it with his students.
Pranava's teaching philosophy revolves around belief in his students' capabilities. He encourages them to embrace challenges, emphasizing commitment and focus in their practice. According to him, success in Yoga is intertwined with mindfulness.
Outside the Yoga studio, Pranava finds joy in his hobbies—photography and immersing himself in the world of music.
