Beginning with Bikram Yoga in 2009, she quickly developed a deep passion for the practice, committing to daily sessions for a year. This dedication motivated her to expand her Yoga horizons, exploring various forms and delving into Teacher Training Courses.
The narrative took a fascinating turn when she discovered Pilates, a practice that resonated with her. Intrigued by Barre's fusion of music, dance, and Pilates, she found the perfect combination in this workout. Unwilling to limit herself, Sarah decided to teach all three disciplines, hoping to share the holistic benefits with others.
