Desert Yoga. Snow-capped Mountains. Himalayan stars. 9 days of practice, breathwork, and meditation across ancient monasteries, sacred lakes, and hand-picked mountain retreats 🏔️
For centuries, Yogis have climbed to the Himalayas—seeking thin air, silence, and spiritual depth. Ladakh offers what no studio can: transformation at the roof of the world.
9 days where every breath matters. Practise Yoga in high-altitude deserts and beside sacred lakes. Join monks for morning rituals at ancient monasteries. Explore 11th-century sacred art, witness the Himalayas under starlit skies, and immerse yourself in Ladakhi culture. Here’s how your journey unfolds:

Day 1 (9 May, Sat)
Touch down in Leh at 3,500m. Transfer to Coral Ladakh Hotel for gentle acclimatisation. As the sun sets, your first practice begins—outdoor gentle Sunset Yoga and breathwork to welcome you to the thin mountain air.
Day 2 (10 May, Sun)
Begin the day with Sun Salutations and Pranayama as your body adjusts to altitude. After breakfast, explore Leh's Old Town and the Central Asian Museum, walking through centuries of Silk Road history. As evening approaches, settle into Sunset Meditation—letting the landscape begin to work its quiet magic.
Day 3 (11 May, Mon)
Join monks for dawn rituals at Thiksey Monastery and share traditional butter tea with the community. Head to Shey for Outdoor Yoga with the Himalayas as your backdrop, then settle into a mountain picnic lunch. The day closes with Trataka Kriya (flame gazing) and Chakra Meditation, guiding you inward.
Day 4 (12 May, Tue)
Depart for Nubra Valley, crossing Khardung La Pass at 5,359m—the world's highest motorable road. The landscape transforms from mountains to high-altitude desert as you arrive and check into Stone Hedge Hotel. Settle in, then step out for afternoon Desert Yoga. As night falls, practise Yoga Under the Stars, surrounded by the profound silence of the desert.
Day 5 (13 May, Wed)
Greet the sunrise with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) in the desert. After breakfast, explore Hunder Sand Dunes with optional camel rides through the shifting landscape. The afternoon is yours to rest or wander. As evening approaches, practise Chandra Namaskar (moon salutations), then gather for a traditional Ladakhi cultural performance by the fire.

Day 6 (14 May, Thurs)
Begin with Morning Yoga before the five-hour journey to Pangong Tso. Pause midway for breathwork at 3,500m, letting the mountains recalibrate your rhythm. Then settle into Rangjon Resorts before making your way to the sacred lake where waters shift from turquoise to deep blue. As afternoon turns to evening, Lakeside Yoga at 4,350m altitude. After dinner, stargaze under the Himalayan sky.

Day 7 (15 May, Fri)
Greet the morning with Sunrise Yoga by the lake, then breakfast and checkout. Journey back to Leh, arriving at Coral Ladakh Hotel with the afternoon yours to explore vibrant markets full of handicrafts, prayer flags, singing bowls, and pure pashmina. Close the day with Gentle Restorative Yoga to ease back into stillness.

Day 8 (16 May, Sat)
Start the day with oil pulling, morning rituals, and a deep Asana practice. Then travel to Alchi Monastery's ancient Buddhist art and onward to Gurudwara Pathar Sahib where two sacred rivers meet. Return to Leh for your final evening—Yoga practice of gratitude and integration, farewell dinner, then closing circle where reflections are shared and intentions set.

Day 9 (17 May, Sun)
Early morning transfer to Leh Airport. Board your flight back to Singapore. The journey ends, but what you've discovered in the mountains stays with you.

Devayani’s first Yoga teacher was her grandfather. At 7, she’d watch yogis come and go from their Bangalore home, absorbing their conversations before she started practicing herself. Years later, studying under Sri Arunji at B.K.S Iyengar classes, it clicked—Yoga wasn’t about the shapes, but what happened inside them.
Certified through Bihar School of Yoga and Kaivalyadhama, she specialises in contemplative yoga and mindful movement. Her favorites are the quiet asanas—forward bends like Paschimottanasana that ask you to turn inward.
On Leading This Retreat: “Ladakh awakens humility, courage, and clarity. I hold space where participants feel seen and inspired to step into their highest selves. Here, silence becomes powerful and transformation unfolds naturally.”
