Life moves fast enough. This is your week to slow it down and come back to yourself. You will explore Sri Lanka: ancient cities, mountain trails, cave temples, all within hours of each other. And through it all, your daily Yoga keeps the body open and the mind clear.
5 UNESCO sites, summit hikes and an elephant safari, a village cooking class and a sound healing. Here is how your eight days unfold.

Day 1 (21 Nov, Sat)
You land, you breathe out. A first lunch in the city, then the road winds up toward the Knuckles Mountains to Welikande Estate, your home for the next four nights. As the light fades, we gather for an opening flow and our first dinner together.

Day 2 (22 Nov, Sun)
Morning Pranayama to wake the body, then breakfast and the drive to Kandy. Wander the Royal Botanic Gardens, browse the colour and bustle of the local market, and end at the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic as evening falls, one of the most revered sites in the Buddhist world.

Day 3 (23 Nov, Mon)
A sunrise hike to the summit for a morning meditation as the range wakes around you. Back at Welikande, roll up your sleeves for a Sri Lankan cooking masterclass, then cool off with a waterfall walk and a dip in a natural pool. The day closes with a tailored workshop, unpacking how each posture shapes the body.

Day 4 (24 Nov, Tue)
Morning Hatha to ease into the day, then a guided trek into the Knuckles range, a UNESCO World Heritage site of cloud forest and mountain trails. Afternoon is yours: rest, or unwind with an optional Ayurvedic spa treatment. As the day softens, a workshop on finding harmony, on and off the mat.

Day 5 (25 Nov, Wed)
Morning Kundalini to set the tone, then farewell to Welikande as we head north to Sigiriya. On the way, the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site where centuries of murals and golden Buddhas fill the rock chambers. Arrive by evening at Sigiriya Jungles Resort, your home for the final three nights.

Day 6 (26 Nov, Thu)
At first light, climb Pidurangala for a summit Yoga practice as the sun lifts over the plains, with Sigiriya rock glowing across the valley. Free time to rest and recharge, then cycle the ancient ruins of Polonnaruwa, a former royal capital frozen in stone. The day ends with a traditional sound healing.

Day 7 (27 Nov, Fri)
At dawn, the ascent of Sigiriya, the fifth-century rock fortress that rises sheer from the jungle, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the country's most iconic climb. In the afternoon, a jeep safari through Minneriya National Park, where wild elephants gather in herds. As the sun sets on your last full day, a closing Yoga circle to gather everything in.

Day 8 (28 Nov, Sat)
A final breakfast, then the road back to Colombo and the flight home, carrying the calm of the hills and the quiet of the temples with you. You came to explore. You leave with more than you arrived with.

Yoga found Pranava over two decades ago. What began as a personal practice at twenty-one became the work of his life.Â
He has sat with all kinds of people, from politicians to tribal communities to those finding their way through recovery. It taught him to meet each person where they are. That instinct is what makes him right for a week like this: he shapes each session to the day you have just had, and the people in the room.
Yoga degree-qualified and trained in India, he is the steady hand with you through all eight days, on the mat and up the trail.
On leading this retreat: “Most retreats ask you to sit still. This one asks you to move, to explore, and to let the practice travel with you. Come see what that opens up.”
