From a young age, Sunny was drawn towards a spiritual way of living thanks to his Gurukula background, which involved practising Yoga daily.
Fast forward to today, Yoga is still very much a big part of his life as a teacher – and he makes it a point to share with his students the power of consciously moving energy through the body and mind, with humour and grace, via asana, pranayama and meditation.
Apart from reading, he also meditates and plays games in his spare time.
